ApiaryOS

Privacy

This Service is operated as a private deployment for authorized users only. It is not offered to the general public.

What data is collected

When you sign in, the Service receives your account identifier and email address from the authentication provider. While you use the Service, it stores the beekeeping data you submit — apiary and hive metadata, inspection notes, and sensor readings from devices associated with your account — on servers we operate.

The Service also records request metadata (URL path, HTTP status, response time) for operational debugging and performance monitoring. These records do not contain your account data or any information you submit.

Third parties

The Service uses the following providers to function: authentication (Clerk), edge hosting and storage (Cloudflare), and metrics (Cloudflare Analytics Engine). Each operates under its own privacy policy. Data is not sold or shared with third parties beyond what is technically required to deliver the Service.
